Difficulties with payment and confusion regarding room allocation. Slow service and mistakes with food orders.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always anticipating our needs. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and catered to different dietary needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering beautiful views of the surrounding areas.

We loved staying in this beautiful hotel! The location was perfect, right at the Centre of everything and we could easily go to the ski lifts by taxi. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering plenty of choices. We also enjoyed the incredible view of the Matterhorn from our hotel balcony. The facilities, like the spa and the horse-drawn carriage, added to the overall experience.

I had an lovely stay at the luxurious hotel in Zermatt. The spacious suite, with its amazing view of the church and Matterhorn, was a true delight. The staff were very good too ensure our comfort and provided excellent suggestions for hiking trails and local restaurants. The continental breakfast served in our room was a lovely touch. The spa and pool were a highlight, especially for my daughter. We even had the pleasure of experiencing a horse and buggy ride back to the rail station. The warm welcome drinks and flatbread were a special treat. The rooms were not only spacious but also provided fine views that seemed like a dream come true. I highly recommend this exemplary hotel that personifies the beauty and charm of Zermatt.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the spa and wellness center offered a wide range of treatments, including massages and body scrubs, that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring the city.

the restaurant did not cater well to special dietary needs, as I had requested a vegetarian meal but was served a non-vegetarian dish.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in front of the charming church. It's lovely to have a ride in the horse-drawn carriage to the train station. The restaurant for breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the service is excellent.

The bathroom in our room had a strong odor of mold and the shower head was broken, causing water to splash everywhere.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Zermatt that was awesome. the staff were very good too make my stay enjoyable. The room I stayed in had a fine view of the town square and the Matterhorn, and the attention to detail in the room design was perfect. I was kinda surprised to find a welcome gift of wine, fresh fruit, and chocolate waiting for me. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, especially the poached eggs. The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore Zermatt on foot. The hotel also offered a free carriage ride back to the train station, a lovely bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for an lovely stay in the Alps.

The Star Bar with live piano. Great restaurants, especially Michelin-praised Prato Borni. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient sauna hours. Easy access to pool area. Grand front entrance and attractive outdoor patio.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in. The staff were really good, always smartly dressed and were great too cater to our needs. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious room with wooden panelling and excellent lighting. The view from our balcony was amazing, overlooking the square and offering a fine view of the mountains. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of town and next to the main pedestrian street. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff's service was perfect. this hotel was so good in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, transportation, and the attentive staff.
